Planning

There is a saying:
The best spontaneity is that which is planned ahead of time.
It is not a crime to plan. True, this is not always possible, but if it is, it's worth setting goals with your students/children and then setting a target for each goal before they begin their plan of action.
No one has ever died from planning or setting goals.

Fun

Make fun and games a part of the "taking action" process,
and turn every difficult action into something pleasant.
This is a great way to motivate your students/children to take action.

Creativity:

If we always do what we have always done, we will always get what we have always gotten.

There is more than one way to achieve what we want, therefore, it is advisable to think creatively and you'll see how wonderful it is to step out of the box.

Just Start:

Just start, without stalling.
What is the worst that can happen?
They will succeed!
They will achieve what they want.
They will know that they have at least tried.
They will also learn from the experience.
